Monthly Program

Join us for a presentation by Elissa Scalise Powell, CG.

Session 1:   Rubik’s Cube Genealogy: A New Twist on Your Old Data

Whenever we twist data by sources, geography, or chronology, holes and discrepancies will become more apparent and may suggest further research clues. Let’s look at your collected information with fresh eyes and see what revelations they reveal.

Session 2:  Patriot or Not?: Using the GPS on a Closed DAR Line

Success for a DAR application hinged on connecting the patriot David to where and when he was born and if he actually was her ancestor. See the research process unfold in this interactive session where the audience judges if the conclusion constitutes “proof.”
